FAQ

Who can drive a snowmobile?

You are generally entitled to drive a snowmobile in Sweden if you have permission to do so in your home country, but you must be able to show a valid driver’s license or driving certificate.
However, our packages always include a snowmobile guide, which means that you only need a valid car driver’s license to participate.

What equipment is required?

All our packages include jacket/pants/overalls, shoes and helmet. Don’t forget to bring warm gloves if you have them. On cold days it can be good to have some warmer underwear.

How far can you snowmobile in a day?

It varies how much we drive in a day, we adapt to prevailing conditions and your wishes. A normal mileage for a day is about 80-120 km.

Is any prior knowledge required to drive a snowmobile?

No previous experience is required, our certified snowmobile guides will give you a briefing before departure and a proper walkthrough of the snowmobile. The maximum number of participants per guide is 10 people. We recommend that everyone drives their own snowmobile, but there is an extra pad to put on the snowmobile for those who want to ride 2 people.

How and where do we go and how does it work?

The mountain area where we carry out our trips offers Europe’s best and largest snowmobile trail area with over 1360 km of snowmobile trails. Here you will experience varied riding over mountains and through birch forests and winding valleys. There are also areas where it is allowed to drive freely in untouched mountain nature with magical views.
